Returns

Bisgaard offers a 30-day return policy, valid from the day you receive your goods.

If you wish to exercise the right of return, you must enclose your delivery note in the package and follow the instructions below.


Registration

To return your package, you must first register your return.

You can do this via our returns portal here


Returns

Log in to the returns portal and enter the appropriate email address and order number.

Then place the delivery note in the package and use the enclosed return label to return the item.

Exchange

Unfortunately we cannot exchange your order for a different size or item.

If you would like to exchange an item, we ask that you return the item(s) after registration on our returns portal

You can then proceed to order the correct size or a different item on our webshop.

When we receive your return package in our warehouse, we will automatically refund your order.

(We charge a processing fee of 4.99 euros)


Refund

As soon as we have received the item and approved the return, we will transfer the purchase amount to your account as quickly as possible. We will issue the refund to the credit card used to pay for the goods.

It usually takes 7-10 business days to receive your money back as our warehouse needs to inspect the item before we can issue a refund.
